With each new years comes new mobile phones. The major players in the mobile phone industry such as Nokia, Samsung, Sony Ericsson and Motorola all tend to release new models of mobile at the start of the year, the spring, summer and early winter. They have followed this pattern for a number of years now and 2009 appears to be no exception.
So, with so many mobiles on offer at the moment from £20 pay as you go models to the iPhone 3G - what is the best value for money? Today we’re going to look at the Nokia Xpress, or more specifically, the Nokia 5800 Xpress. This, for me, is the closest Nokia have come to being a genuine competitor to the Apple iPhone. The Nokia 5800, boasting a 3.2 inch TFT touchscreen is one of those phones that appears to be extremely practical, feature rich and looks good at the same time.
Other features include a 3.2 mega pixel camera (significantly better than the iPhone), Bluetooth Voice & Data and the usual mix of wireless services such as Wi-Fi, GPS, Satellite Navigation and last but not least, Internet access.
If you’re looking for a new phone, similar to the iPhone but don’t want to conform. The Nokia 5800 is the phone for you.
