When looking to purchase a new mobile phone, or mobile phone contract, or anything for that matter these days, I always read the independent consumer reviews. I have recently been looking for a pay as you go mobile phone for my girlfriend for Christmas and as a result, I spent some time read the virgin mobile consumer reviews. Now, I must stress, I have been a Virgin Mobile user since around 2005 / 2006 and can count on one hand how many times my call has dropped or I’ve lost service. For the most part, it’s been fantastic. Even when I’ve had to call customer support to register my debit card or reset my security information, they’ve always been great. So, it was to my surprise that there are so many bad virgin mobile consumer reviews? I guess these guys are just seriously, seriously unluck as I would consider Virgin one of the better networks out there.
If you’re considering purchasing a pay as you go mobile. I seriously recommend giving Virgin a try. You certainly won’t spend hours waiting for support like you do with O2 and the handsets they offer are pretty neat too!
